Our R&D Centers and Capacities
baibars conducts its operations at modern R&D centers located in the Çukurova region, with a highly qualified team of engineers and researchers. Our R&D centers conduct fundamental research on advanced technologies such as rotary-wing UAV technologies, agricultural technologies, spraying systems, Lithium Polymer battery systems, supply and logistics systems, autonomy, and materials technologies.

Technology Management and Investment Plan
Our R&D activities are financed with internal resources and carried out in line with our technology roadmap and investment plan. Within this plan, our technological development goals are tracked and reflected through technology readiness level measurements.

University-Industry Collaborations
Universities are among the most important stakeholders of baibars. Within the scope of collaborations with universities, we are taking significant steps in bringing fundamental research into the industry and developing new technologies.

R&D Projects and Innovative Solutions
Each year, baibars initiates many new R&D projects and develops new technologies through these projects. These projects are evaluated based on criteria such as the originality of system and product designs, the benefits provided, technical and administrative plans, human resources, and risk management. Project progress is monitored at six-month intervals, and the Program and Design teams follow up until the targeted systems, products, and technologies are developed.
